Why this exists

I spent years watching operations teams — and myself — burn out doing work that software should handle. Copy-pasting data between tools, manually compiling reports, chasing down leads that fell through the cracks. The gap between “this should be automated” and “this is automated” shouldn’t take a six-figure consulting engagement. I started Stumptown Automation to close that gap for small teams who need working automations, not PowerPoint decks.

What we actually do

We build custom workflow automations for 10–50 person businesses — operations managers, agency owners, founders who are tired of watching their team spend hours on work that should take minutes. One production-ready automation, shipped in two weeks. Audit in a week.

What we don’t do

We don’t build full SaaS products. We don’t replace your team. We don’t recommend tools you don’t already have unless the ROI is obvious. If you’re looking for a six-month discovery phase and a 50-slide strategy document, we’re not the right fit.
